Dr. Prashanth Ravula is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Morgan State University, affiliated with the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2018), an MSMR from the University of Texas at Arlington (2007), and an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (2006). Before joining Morgan State, he taught at New Jersey City University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His industry experience spans marketing research, sales, and management consulting, enriching his academic contributions.
Dr. Ravula’s research focuses on consumer behavior and marketing strategies, particularly leveraging quantitative models and Bayesian techniques to analyze Big Data. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical insights, addressing topics like sharing economy dynamics, online review effectiveness, and consumer decision-making in digital environments.
