Prashant Loyalka is an Associate Professor at Stanford University's Graduate School of Education and a Senior Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies. His work focuses on addressing educational inequalities and improving learning quality in China, India, Russia, and the U.S., with a strong emphasis on evaluating EdTech interventions and policy impacts.
Education: PhD in International Comparative Education (Stanford University, 2009), MA and BA in Economics (Stanford University, 2008 and 1997).
