Pranav Garg

Dr. Pranav Garg is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Stevens Institute of Technology's School of Business. His research investigates human capital development, organizational learning, and the micro-foundations of strategy in multidivisional firms. Key studies examine knowledge sourcing patterns across divisions, the organizational impact of star employee absences, and value distribution from human capital complementarities.

His work has appeared in leading journals including Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science. Dr. Garg teaches strategic management at undergraduate and graduate levels, covering courses such as Introduction to Strategy (BT-301) and Advanced Strategy (BT-401).

Before academia, he held sales and marketing roles at Unilever India. Dr. Garg holds a PhD from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a BA in Economics from University of Delhi.
