Swati Garg

Dr. Swati Garg is a Lecturer in Business Management at Keele Business School, Keele University, specializing in organizational behavior and human resource management. She holds a PhD in Management with specialization in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, complemented by Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce from the University of Delhi.

Her research examines employee proactive behaviors, well-being in entrepreneurial settings, decent work standards, and AI's impact on workplaces. Current investigations focus on how employees initiate changes to improve work conditions and how organizations respond to customization efforts through job crafting and individualized arrangements.

Garg's publications explore the negotiation dynamics of individualized work agreements, job customization strategies, and applications of machine learning in human resource practices. Her work combines organizational psychology with contemporary workplace challenges.

Prior to academia, she worked as an Analyst at KPMG India, bringing practical business experience to her teaching of organizational behavior, employee development, and resourcing courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
