Polina Barskova is an Associate Professor at the University of California, Berkeley's Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures. Her work bridges scholarship and creative writing, focusing on Russian literature and cultural history with a specialization in Leningrad Siege studies. She holds a PhD from UC Berkeley and a BA from St. Petersburg State University.
