Poh Yen Ng is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Robert Gordon University's Aberdeen Business School. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Canterbury's UC Business School. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, particularly gender/minority issues, family business dynamics, and sustainability aligned with UN SDGs #5, #8, and #10. She serves as an Associate Editor for Gender, Work & Organisation and International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, and chairs ISBE conference tracks.
