Pinar Gunes

Pinar Gunes is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Alberta and a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA). She holds a PhD from the University of Maryland (2014) and focuses on labor, health, and development economics. Her research examines public policies' impacts on socioeconomic outcomes like education, health, and fertility.
