Piia Kaave is a University Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Lapland, specializing in contract law and legal innovation. She holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the same institution, awarded in 2022 for her empirical research on bank loan agreements and proactive contracting.
Her research explores the intersection of law, design, and management, with emphasis on:
