Pier Yvette Alsup

Pier Yvette Alsup is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Washington University in St. Louis. With over 26 years of experience, she previously served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for a financial services organization, collaborating closely with CEOs on policy and corporate strategy. She is a former President of the American Marketing Association’s St. Louis Chapter and actively contributes to community and civic boards.

Her research and teaching interests focus on Marketing Management, Inclusive Marketing, and Brand Marketing Strategy. She emphasizes bridging theoretical concepts with real-world corporate challenges. Outside academia, she enjoys travel, art, family activities, and community outreach initiatives.
