Adrianne Ford is an Associate Professor and Program Director of Management and Marketing at the Division of Business and Information Technologies, University of Saint Mary. She holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from St. Louis University, an Executive MBA from Benedictine College, and a BA from St. Mary College. Her research focuses on fostering greatness through education, workplace dynamics, and life, emphasizing ethical leadership and spiritual development. She is the founder of Daddy’s Girls, a nonprofit supporting families through crises and career transitions.
Dr. Ford’s professional background includes a corporate career in Telecommunications, where she contributed to advancements in smart technology and wireless systems. She now advises local businesses and faith organizations on operational strategy, marketing, and new business planning. Her work bridges business acumen with spiritual guidance, reflected in her authored books and articles on leadership and parenting.
Outside academia, she actively engages with her community and enjoys family time with her extended relatives, including her son Deon (a high school educator), daughter-in-law Dominique, grandson TyQuez, and her grand dog Tucker.
