Phoebe Bronstein

Phoebe Bronstein is a Lecturer at Sixth College, University of California, San Diego. Her research focuses on intersections of race, gender, and geography in network-era television production (1950–1980), analyzing sitcoms like The Andy Griffith Show and Bewitched, alongside Black musical performances in 1950s TV. She teaches courses on television history, Hollywood history, and environmental humanities.
