Phillipa Gill is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Stony Brook University, with an affiliation to the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. Her research focuses on computer networks, network measurement, and security. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto (2012), an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary. Her work bridges technical measurement with socio-economic analysis to enhance network reliability and security.
