Philippe Saunier is a University Professor of Public Law affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Côte d'Azur. He is associated with the Research Group in Law, Economics, Management (GREDEG) and actively engaged in research under the Pole Norms, Competition and Regulation (PNCR) and the EDEN (Nice School of Economic Law) team.
