Philippe BLAETTCHEN

Philippe BLAETTCHEN is a Full-time Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB), Singapore Management University. His expertise spans digital transformation, sustainable operations, supply chain strategy, and emerging technology adoption. He holds a Ph.D. from INSEAD (2021), an M.Sc. from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Linköping University (2016), and a B.Sc. from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (2014).

Research interests include traceability technology in supply chains, business model innovation for manufacturing sectors, and resource allocation in healthcare. His work emphasizes responsible research and sustainable practices. Notable achievements include being a finalist for the MSOM Society Award (2022) and receiving multiple grants and scholarships, including the INSEAD Doctoral Scholarship (2016–2021).

Publications focus on operational challenges in technology adoption, supply chain networks, and healthcare resource management. He has contributed to journals like Management Science and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management.
