Philip Rogiers is an Assistant Professor at the Department of People Management and Organisation Leadership Development Research Center at Esade Business School. His research focuses on the future of work, organizational behavior, and human resource management digitalization. He is part of the GLEAD Research Center (Leadership Development Research Center) funded by AGAUR from 2022-2025.
