Namrata Goyal

Namrata Goyal is an Assistant Professor at the Department of People Management and Organisation Leadership Development Research Center, Esade Business School. Her research focuses on cultural influence, socialization psychology, and moral development, exploring topics such as multiculturalism, karma, justice, and emotional processes. She has contributed to 14 research outputs since 2015, with recent articles examining policy support for multiculturalism, cultural perspectives on karma, and the role of gratitude in helping behaviors.
