Professor Philip Mawby is a Professor at the School of Engineering, University of Warwick, leading the PEATER group and previously serving as Head of Electrical and Electronics. His research focuses on Power Electronics, semiconductor device modeling, and wide bandgap materials. He oversees projects funded by EPSRC, Innovate UK, and industry partners like Jaguar Land Rover and GE Aviation.
