Philip LeBoit is a researcher affiliated with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). He earned his A.B. in History from Sarah Lawrence College (1971-75), followed by an M.D. from Albany Medical College (1975-79). His academic training continued with residency in Pathology at UCSF (1979-81) and Mt. Sinai School of Medicine (1981-82), and a Fellowship in Dermatopathology at New York University and Cornell Univ. Medical Center (1982-83). Dr. LeBoit has contributed extensively to dermatopathology research, focusing on skin tumors and diagnostic challenges.
