Philip Jones is a Professor and Director of the Climatic Research Unit at the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia, Norwich. He has held roles including Director of External Affairs (1998–2004) and Reader (1994–1998). His research focuses on climate science, instrumental climate records, paleoclimatology, and climate projections.
