Philip Edwards is a Lecturer in Policing at the University of Worcester, affiliated with the School of Law and the Institute of Arts and Humanities. He retired after 30 years as a Detective Inspector with the Metropolitan Police, Hertfordshire Police, and West Mercia Police, specializing in Public Protection and investigations involving serious offenses against women and children.
