Dr. Phil Poulton is a Lecturer in the School of Education at RMIT University, specializing in teacher education and curriculum research. He holds a PhD from the University of Sydney (focused on early career teachers’ curriculum-making) and an MPhil from Queensland University of Technology. Previously, he worked as a primary teacher, Principal Project Officer in Queensland’s Department of Education, and Head of Curriculum, gaining extensive experience in educational leadership and policy.
