Phil Cole is a Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), affiliated with the HAS - Health and Social Sciences department. His research focuses on global ethics, migration, human rights, political philosophy, and climate displacement. He holds a PhD and has been awarded the British Academy Senior Research Fellowship (2019/2020). His work bridges theoretical and applied ethics, addressing contemporary challenges such as forced displacement and climate migration.
