Phebe Craig is a Lecturer in the Department of Music at the University of California, Davis, specializing in early music and harpsichord. She is renowned for her work as a versatile chamber musician, recitalist, and basso continuo specialist, having collaborated with prominent early music ensembles and soloists across the United States and Europe. Her performance history includes appearances at prestigious festivals such as the Carmel Bach Festival and the Galway Early Music Festival.
As an educator, Craig teaches harpsichord, Early Music Chamber Ensembles, ear-training, sight-singing, keyboard proficiency, and intermediate piano and music theory courses. She has directed the San Francisco Baroque Music and Dance Workshop and co-produced the DiscContinuo series of Early Music play-along recordings, alongside co-authoring the Guide to Baroque Dance for Musicians (Dance-at-a-Glance).
