Petros A. Tarantilis

Professor Petros A. Tarantilis is a leading academic in Instrumental Chemical Analysis of Natural Products at the Agricultural University of Athens. His research focuses on chromatographic/spectroscopic techniques (GC-MS/MS, FT-IR, NMR) for natural products characterization, development of food authenticity methods (honey, olive oil), and biological activity evaluation of plant-derived compounds. He actively teaches courses like Instrumental Chemical Analysis and Natural Products: Chemistry and Bioactivity.
