Peter Trager

Peter Trager is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Finance at Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics. He brings 35 years of experience in foreign exchange trading and corporate finance from roles at major financial institutions like Chase Manhattan Bank, AIG, and MF Global.

His academic contributions include teaching Investments, Corporate Finance, and Financial Systems & the Economy. At Lehigh, he directs the Mountain Hawk Trading program, providing students hands-on experience trading $5-$15 million daily in global currencies. Previously, he founded Wildcat Trading at the University of Kentucky.

Trager earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan (1989) and has advised student organizations including the Finance Society, Investment Club, and Pickleball Club across multiple institutions.
