Peter Stokes is Professor of Leadership and Professional Development at De Montfort University's Leicester Castle Business School. His career spans industry roles in IT management and consultancy, along with academic leadership positions including former Faculty Deputy Dean at the University of Chester. He holds a PhD from Brunel University, an MBA from Strathclyde University, and a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Salford.
His research explores organizational behavior, leadership ethics, and cross-cultural dynamics through interdisciplinary lenses. Key themes include:

- Values-driven leadership in intercultural contexts
- Sustainable HRM and organizational resilience
- Critical approaches to management philosophy
