Professor Peter Lloyd-Sherlock is a faculty member in the Nursing Midwifery and Health Department at Northumbria University. His research focuses on health and social care interventions for older people in Latin America, Asia, and Africa, with a particular emphasis on vulnerable communities. He has held senior roles at the World Health Organisation and UK Government Department for International Development, and contributed to the Lancet COVID-19 Commission on Vulnerable Groups.
