Peter Lam

Dr. Peter Lam is a Senior Lecturer in the Accounting Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. With a PhD from the University of New South Wales, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Financial Administration (Honors), his academic career spans teaching at institutions such as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and professional experience in multinational corporations. His research focuses on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), auditor behavior, and policy impacts on business decisions. He has been awarded the 2019 Learning and Teaching Citation Award.
