Peter Heinrich

Dr. Peter Heinrich is a researcher at the ZHAW School of Engineering's Information Security Department. He leads projects such as Chatbots als Sicherheitsberater für kleine Organisationen and Smart Hospital – Integrated Framework, Tools & Solutions, focusing on cybersecurity education, IoT business models, and digital innovation in SMEs. His work bridges technical systems with human-centered design, particularly in educational technologies and financial advisory services. He holds a PhD in Knowledge Enhanced Financial Advisory from the University of Zurich (2015).
