Jürg Meierhofer

Dr. Jürg Meierhofer is a Senior Lecturer at the ZHAW School of Engineering's Institute of Data Analysis and Process Design. He specializes in Data-Driven Service Engineering, Smart Services, and Circular Economy applications. He holds a PhD (Dr. sc. ETH) from ETH Zurich and has extensive industry experience, including roles as Head of Department at Swisscom and La Mobilière. His research focuses on optimizing service value creation through data science, digital twins, and large language models (LLMs). He leads educational programs like the CAS Smart Services and MAS Industrie 4.0, emphasizing practical industry relevance.
