Thomas Herrmann

Thomas Herrmann serves as Senior Lecturer in Smart Services and Operations at ZHAW School of Engineering, where he directs the CAS Industrie 4.0 program. His expertise spans railway operations research, production planning systems, and additive manufacturing optimization.

Research interests include:

• Production planning for variant-rich manufacturing
