Peter Gumbsch

Peter Gumbsch is a Professor in the Department of Mechanics of Materials at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and serves as the Head of the Fraunhofer Institute for Mechanics of Materials (IWM). He is also listed as a Visiting Distinguished Professor at the College of Engineering of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).
