Peter Gottschalk

Peter Gottschalk is Senior Lecturer in Lund University's Department of Business Law and researcher at the Lund University Centre for Business Law. With a background in international law and political science, his research examines biodiversity governance, sustainable development frameworks, and international trade law. He coordinates the master's course 'Intellectual Property and Sustainability' and teaches across international tax and trade law programs.

Research specialties include:

Gottschalk coordinates the Lund University Intellectual Property Network and has presented research internationally on trade policy, environmental law, and human rights approaches to biodiversity conservation.
