Prof. Konstantia KOUTOUKI is a Full Professor and Vice-Dean at the Faculty of Law, University of Montreal. Her expertise lies at the intersection of intellectual property law, international law, and environmental protection, with a focus on Indigenous communities' rights and sustainable development. She holds a LL.D. from the University of Montreal and teaches advanced courses in common law and international law.
