Peter Frank

Peter Frank is a faculty member specializing in singing at the University of Music Würzburg, where he has been teaching since 2004. Previously, he taught at the music academy in Hanover from 1995 to 2004.

Frank studied at the Hanover University of Music and Theatre, graduating with a diploma in music education, singing teacher training and opera. His formal education prepared him for both performance and pedagogical roles in the vocal arts.

As a vocal pedagogue and performer, Frank specializes in classical singing techniques, opera performance, and musical theater. His teaching approach integrates practical performance experience with technical vocal training, drawing from his extensive career as a professional singer. He emphasizes the connection between proper vocal technique and expressive musical interpretation, particularly in German Lieder, Italian opera, and musical theater repertoire.
