Dr. Peter Dykema serves as Professor of History and Co-Director of the Arkansas Governors School at Arkansas Tech University (ATU), where he has been a faculty member since 2001. He additionally directs the M.A. History Graduate Program, a role he has held since 2010, shaping graduate curriculum and mentoring students in historical research methodologies.

Dr. Dykema's research centers on religious transformations in late medieval and early modern Europe, with particular emphasis on German parish clergy development and anticlerical movements.
