Peter Cavanaugh is an Assistant Professor of Technology Management and Leadership in the School of Engineering within the College of Engineering, Business & Education at the University of Bridgeport, where he joined in Summer 2022.
His educational background includes:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University
- MSME from University of Connecticut
- MBA from Renssela Polytechnic Institute
- Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania (2015)
Peter Cavanaugh's research and professional interests center on leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation. He has a strong background in applying Lean Six Sigma to business processes and is a Professional Certified Coach. His passion lies in the integration of multiple learning modalities to drive individual performance and cultural transformation, as well as how learning environments affect the efficacy of transformational learning.
