Peter C. Dubsky

Peter C. Dubsky is a Titular Professor of Clinical-Medical Sciences at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine of the University of Lucerne since 2023. He also serves as the head of the Tumour- and Breast Cancer Centre at Hirslanden Klinik St. Anna in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Education:

• MD from the Medical University of Vienna (MUV)
• Post-doctoral fellowship in cancer immunology in the US
• Board certification in General and Visceral Surgery

Research Focus:His work centers on biomarkers in early breast cancer, clinical guidance for local therapy options, and advancing surgical oncology through clinical trials. He contributes to European oncology societies and the IBCSG scientific committee.

Leadership:Founder of the Network of Hirslanden Breast Cancer Centres (NHBCC) and the Lucerne Toolbox Consensus.
