Prof. Dr. med. Martin A. Walter is an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, University of Lucerne. He holds a doctorate in medical imaging from the University of Münster and has held senior clinical and research positions at institutions including the University Hospital of Basel, UCLA, Inselspital Bern, and the University Hospital of Geneva.
His research focuses on integral diagnostics and artificial intelligence applications in large medical datasets. He currently leads Nuclear Medicine Research and Development at Hirslanden St. Anna Hospital since 2022.
