Dr. Penny Craven is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of School Psychology at Minot State University's Department of Behavioral Sciences and Criminal Justice. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (2009) and an Ed.S. in Special Education (2008) from Mississippi State University.
