Pengfei Zhang

Pengfei Zhang is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas, affiliated with the Naveen Jindal School of Management, with appointments in Public Policy, Economics, and Cybersecurity. His research integrates law and economics, digital economics, and economic theory to address policy challenges in cyber law, digital governance, intellectual property, and conflict resolution.
