Dr. Peggy A. Goodson-Rochelle serves as Associate Professor of Education at Tusculum University, holding dual coordinator roles for Assessment and the MAT/MAOT-BAOT programs within the Division of Education at the Greeneville campus.
Her academic credentials include:
- Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-8 and Special Education K-12 (University of Tennessee)
- Master of Arts in Special Education with Gifted Education concentration (East Tennessee State University)
- Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with Teacher Leadership focus (East Tennessee State University)
With over three decades of public school teaching experience, her research emphasizes Educational Assessment methodologies, Special and Gifted Education frameworks, and Teacher Leadership development. She maintains active advocacy for students with special needs through board service at Small Miracles Therapeutic Equestrian Center.
