Dr. Jennifer Williams serves as an Associate Professor of Education and head of the Education Department at Bryan College. With over 20 years of experience teaching PreK-5th grade classrooms and as a Curriculum Coordinator, her work focuses on inclusive pedagogy for gifted learners and early childhood education.
- Doctorate of Education (2019) in Educational Leadership with Curriculum & Instruction specialization from Carson-Newman University
- Educational Specialist (2018) in Educational Leadership from Carson-Newman University
- Master of Arts (2000) in Curriculum & Instruction with Early Childhood Education minor from Tennessee Technological University
- Bachelor of Science (1997) in Special Education from Tennessee Technological University
Her research emphasizes designing curricula for diverse learners, including gifted students and those requiring special education support. She holds Tennessee teaching licenses with endorsements in Preschool-12 Special Education and K-12 gifted education.
