Megan Parker Peters is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the College of Education, Lipscomb University. She serves as Director of Accreditation, Assessment, and Research, while maintaining licensure as a school psychologist and psychologist.

Her research focuses on the social-emotional needs of gifted learners, assessment methodologies, and special education interventions. She has contributed to graduate programs in Gifted Education and Educational Leadership through her administrative roles.

Dr. Parker Peters has served as immediate past-president of the Tennessee Association for Independent Liberal Arts Colleges of Teacher Education and currently serves on the board of the Tennessee Association for the Gifted.
