Pedro Rey Biel

Pedro Rey Biel is an Associate Professor of Behavioral Economics at ESADE, Ramon Llull University, Barcelona, Spain. He is affiliated with the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting and is a researcher at ESADEgov - Center for Public Governance and GLIGP Research in Leadership and Innovation in Public Management. He holds a visiting position at the Rady School of Management, University of California San Diego (UCSD), where he teaches MBA courses.
