Pedro Monteiro

Pedro Monteiro is an Assistant Professor (tenure track) in the Department of Organization at Copenhagen Business School. His research focuses on organizational expertise development, bureaucratic systems, and qualitative methods, with fieldwork in engineering firms and the public sector.

Monteiro's work spans organizational theory, cybersecurity coordination, and migrant expertise challenges. He serves as Communications Editor for Administrative Science Quarterly and contributes to qualitative research communities through co-founding the Talking About Organizations Podcast and Ethnography Atelier.

His research projects include a Gothenburg University collaboration funded by Otto Mønsteds Fond (2023). Current teaching includes Organizational Behavior at BSc level and Strategy, Organization & Leadership at MSc level.
