Paweł Radziński

Prof. Paweł Radziński is a full professor and head of the Department of Chamber Music at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, maintaining an active international concert career alongside teaching roles at Finland's Vasa University and Swedish Conservatory in Jakobstad.

Education:

• Violin studies began at age seven under father's instruction
• M. Karłowicz Music High School in Poznań
• Graduate of Pyotr Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow (under V. Pikayzen) with distinction
• Master classes with H. von Hausegger, R. Ricci, and H. Szeryng

His research spans Violin Performance, Chamber Music, and Music History with specialized focus on P. Nardini's works and Italian violin school development. He actively promotes contemporary music through world premieres of H. Kerrko's Sacral View and P. Challin's Violin Concerto, while conducting master classes across 15+ countries annually.

As an educator, he has trained over 70 graduates and numerous national/international competition winners through his Talent Class at Arthur Rubinstein State Music School. He founded the "Academia" Chamber Orchestra (1989), evolving into the multinational "Accademia dell'Arco" ensemble, and directs the "Music in Moonlight" Festival at Lubostroń Palace. His research on J. Brahms' performance traditions was presented at Baden-Baden's composer museum under Alfred Smoczyk Society sponsorship.
