Paweł Kuczyński

Paweł Kuczyński, PhD, is a Lecturer at Civitas University with a distinguished background in sociology. His affiliations include former research scholarships at the Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique (Paris) and Harvard Business School, along with coordination of the Polish segment of the EU project DARE.

His research explores critical societal themes:

• Radicalization dynamics and social movements
• Organizational culture and public libraries' societal roles
• Refugee aid frameworks, particularly regarding Ukrainian displacement

He received the Zygmunt Bauman Prize (2024) for his co-authored analysis of Poland's refugee support systems. Complementing his academic work, he brings 25+ years of practical experience managing public consultation projects for major infrastructure developments across Poland.
