Pavel Kabos

Pavel Kabos is a physicist affiliated with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since 1998, currently serving as a Researcher in the Electromagnetics Division. He previously held academic roles at Slovak University of Technology and Colorado State University.

• MS in Solid State Physics (1970), PhD (1979), and D.Sc. (1994) from Slovak University of Technology

Research Interests: His work focuses on linear and nonlinear precession dynamics, metrology for high-speed nano-electronics, scanning probe microscopy, and non-destructive electromagnetic evaluation, with applications in semiconductor devices and nanotechnology.
