Pavel Andreev is an Associate Professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, specializing in performance management and digital transformation. He holds a B.A./M.A. from Belarusian State Economic University and a Ph.D. from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where his research focused on ICT impacts on teleworking and e-commerce. His current work bridges organizational behavior, health informatics, and digital systems.
Andreev’s research examines performance modeling across individual, team, and organizational levels. Key areas include:
